Wish we had more time. This was a wonderful experience. This hotel is classy, clean, friendly and wonderful location

We stayed 3 nights, 3 people. We were upgraded to a loft room with double bed upstairs and sleeper sofa downstairs, two bathrooms. It worked great for us. Bathrooms had great showers and decor was upscale. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the sights and by the river. Very clean room. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, staff was wonderful and breakfast was great

Flight was very delayed, arrival at night, staff were helpful with booking a car to the hotel. Worth the extra cost and we saw a few sights by night Hotel was excellent - room was great - super location - plentiful breakfast. We really enjoyed river/people watching. Tried the terrace but it was too hot to stay out long. Once in the city we took a taxi back to the airport.

The staff and location are perfect! Staying in this beautiful property, trust you will be well taken care of by lovely people! They arranged an early check in and to hold our bags when arrived early, arranged our car for an early morning flight with a breakfast box, and were delights. The rooms are bigger than I thought, the challenge is the air conditioning was not strong enough for this Canadian and my Norwegian friend. It did work but just never got cool for sleeping. The location was perfect to get fresh air along the river and walk to explore Florence.

Located on the river in Florence with great views and walking distance to many attractions.

Wonderful hotel! Great location, staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast that’s included in the stay was delicious! The air conditioning worked well, however a few nights did get a little warm at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Incredibly beautiful hotel. We stayed there last year & knew we would return again this year. We were treated very special & it was acknowledged by many staff as return guests. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Berchelli, the property is beautiful, the staff extremely professional & the location is ideal on the Arno River right near the Ponte Vecchio. We will return next time we visit Florence!!

Great hotel, super central to everything, very clean and comfortable .

Air conditioning nice, good view of river, staff friendly, clean room
