The room was very clean and nice. I had a very stay.

Great location

Good location, the city is about an hour from the airport via the train (only about $5 USD) and then it takes one transfer to get to the hotel. Then, the hotel is m just a quick subway ride from everything you could want. We were here for only about 20 hours and were able to see a lot thanks to the hotel's location. Easy check in. After we checked out, the staff were able to hold our luggage until late in the afternoon so we could explore the city unburdened before our flight.

It was a great choice to stay here - amazing property, neighborhood and the MRT Station was literally secs from the front door.

Great location. Room is clean and well appointed. Although there’s no breakfast, it’s not a big deal since it’s easy to find breakfast elsewhere

It is in a convenient location, right next to the Daan Station (red and brown lines). The room is always spotless, and the staff is friendly. I have revisited every time I am in Taipei.

Everything was wonderful. One tip tho: to get hot water in the shower you have to poo t the handle, rsther than the top of the pointer to the left to get jot water. In other words it seems backwards.

This is a great hotel just steps away from one of the entrances to Daan Metro station on the red and brown lines. The room was really nice and very comfortable. There is no bar/lounge in the hotel, but there is a very decent restaurant on the main floor. My 3-star rating for the staff is due to one issue I experienced prior to arriving. They were very helpful in offering a shuttle from the airport. I missed a message where they asked how big my carry-on luggage was, and whether it was a suitcase or rucksack (it's carry-on folks, it can't be too big) . Anyway, I replied the day before we were arriving but was told I was required to reply a week before that! Like, really? That left a sour taste in my mouth. They were more than willing to arrange a shuttle back to the airport when we checked out with a day's notice! Regardless of this peculiar-ness, don't take their shuttle anyway - their "special rate" is more expensive than an Uber!

Very nice space, attentive and efficient staff, great location, quiet and pleasant rooms.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. The bed was harder than I like and feather pillows, but the room was kept clean. There is a nice lounge on level 2 which gave you room to relax and even eat take out food.
