The location was perfect, has a good place to eat right in the hotel and a bar. The room was spacious, modern and very clean.

Dirty room. Hotel was falling apart. The glass door was broken and almost fell on top of me while opening it. The safe did not work. The shower was broken. The AC was bad.

Very convenient location for transit.

El valor por la estadía tan corta no se justifico, costo por noche varios demasiado comparada con otra familia que se hospedó los mismo días aunque fue en otro tipo de habitación el precio en esa fue más constante. La información recibida por el deluxe studio fue: no se ofrece servicio de limpieza, la ubicación es la torre 3 estrellas. El cuarto en si no es de mal tamaño para una persona pero estaba sucio el sofá, la alfombra, poca intensidad de iluminación, el mini bar estaba apagado y el hielo se descongelo, no se limpio antes de la entrada. Ambas baristas del bar (María y Marifer) fueron muy amables y supieron hacer un café con leche de avena frío.

We had a big room with a perfect view of the Palace from our balcony. Breakfast was very good. The staff were helpful and the pool/bar are an added bonus.

Great location to explore the city. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant and great amenities in the hotel with both indoor and outdoor space to relax. Staff were both helpful and friendly and the hotel was lovely and clean.
