It took the guy on reception 15 minutes to answer the bell. And another 20 minutes to find my booking. They won't let u take the room key out of the hotel. He tried to persuade my to pay more to upgrade the room. And they have a notice up saying if you give them a five star review the will give you 10 percent off a room or £5 in cash. Clearly they know the are not up to standard.

Staff was great, rooms were not so great

The room was clean and tidy although looking a little tired. I was alone so the bed was pretty comfortable and large enough for one person. Two adults would have been a squeeze. The on-suite was fairly clean and again, functional. Although the hotel is situated facing a busy road, I wasn’t disturbed by the traffic at all. I think for the price of a room in London, it was pretty good value. If necessary, I would stay there again albeit for just a night though.

Very small room although did have on suit toilet and shower. Staff friendly and helpful . Good if you just want to crash for the night. No frills.

The room I had booked was with a bathroom but the room I was given only had a sink and a shower with a shared bathroom down the hall. They ‘upgraded’ me to a room with more beds but still only had a shower and sink. Shower was really old and over all the room was grungy.

Location, staff, excellent. Bathroom needed lots of attention

U need to explain to person that they are sharing a bathroom with strangers the place was very smelly overall i can't imagine taking kids there i will never refuse or let anyone i know go there is not
