Kamar bau apek.begitu kMi masuk sprei dn bedcober sprtix sdh d gunakan, banyak noda.kamar mandi di salh satu kamar yg kami pesan sgt bau dan tdk bisa ipang baunya.sy request ke reception utk bersihkan kamar tp kamar kami smpe malam tidak d bersihkan dan sy sdh komplain. Sy rasa kamar yg kami tempati trlalu dipaksakan krna hotel mgkn penuh saat kami cek in. Maknan jg tdk enak, dan sering kehabisan dan lambat di refill. Saya mau komplain ke manager tapi karyawanx bilang mereka yg akan menyampaikan

we booked 3 rooms - we had a great stay. rooms were clean, staff were accommodating and friendly. breakfast was basic. great for the value - we had no complaint. recommended!

A very convenient and affordable hotel near the waterfront. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was conveniently located, 2 minutes walk from Losari beach. Service was professional and friendly, and the hotel and rooms were well-appointed. Only things missing were a gym and swimming pool. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of food, and was excellent.

Good area close to the beach. Clean room very comfortable, very helpful staff.restaurant served good food.

Will come back again although smelt someone smoked in the toilet from the other room and went to our shower room. Water to clean after toilet was also smell bad, and will affect you if you use water to clean after. But if you use tissue . No problem!

Easy access around in walk distance

It took the front desk 3 times to give me the correct room and room key only to find out that there was no hot water in the shower.
