Staff were helpful with taxi connection to airport and with an early check in. Drain did not work in the shower and over flowed, and was noisey at night with the road traffic.

We had an amazing stay. Perfect location in Trastevere, Ray was very helpful with getting there and all of the information we needed. Bed was very comfortable and room had everything we needed!!

Excellent staff and location, close to everything. Great restaurants and shops.Convenient taxi stand. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice room. A bit dated but appropriate for the area. Importantly, bed very comfortable and good water pressure from shower as long as neighboring room not also taking one at the same time. Ray is very helpful getting you checked in. Could use a sign perhaps on front door to let you know where it is when you arrive. Basically look for the large wooden doors right next to the pizza restaurant, which by the way has excellent pizza. Grocery store around the corner is amazing and can get €4 bottles of Montepulciano wine that are 10x better than any $60 bottle of American Kendal Jackson. Yes I said €4 for the bottle.

Hot in the room, claimed a certain degree it was definitely not. No shampoo provided

Bathroom had a funky smell and room was dated.

Only the handheld lower shower worked. There is an overhead shower but no way to activate it. I thought maybe I was missing something but spoke to my friends who had another room and they had the same issue. Also, could not lock the door when I was going to bed. The lock is misaligned with the slot it goes into. Ended up just propping a suitcase against the door and hoping for the best.

The air didn’t cool well so i left my window open which exposed me to street noise. No big deal. The bathroom smelled of sewage so I kept the bathroom door closed. THE TRUE HIGHLIGHT WAS EDWARD WHO WORKED THE FRONT DESK. I had traveled all day from northern italy to rome and i knew i was going to be late for check in. I warned Edward via WhatsApp and he so kindly stayed after check in was over and let me in. I was so exhausted and so very grateful that i didn’t have to struggle physically or mentally at check in. I am not sure i would have survived it without Edward. He was always a phone call away to answer my questions. I really can not stress enough how he kindness improved my stay! Thanks so mich to Edward!
