매우 훌륭해요 The hotel was great, clean and very cute. The staff was friendly and helpful with storing luggage before check-in and arrainging car transportaion to the airport. Excellent location, no problems walking to Trastevere for dinner/drinks/shopping and to the Vatican.

훌륭해요 The hotel and room were beautiful! We were surprised that a few of the staff at the desk were not welcoming or helpful. My sister asked the front desk for soft pillows after a sleepless night (the bed and pillows were very firm). She was told housekeeping would put them in our room. The next morning she asked again, and again no pillows. After our third night, she spoke to a manager. He was so nice and apologetic, the pillows were brought to the room within ten minutes. Also worth mentioning it is about a 10 minute walk down dark cobblestone streets to get to restaurants/bars. This was not an issue for us, but it could be for others.

매우 훌륭해요 The staff was really helpful. In the center of Rome. Be careful for the ZTL if you rent a car thats the only issues. But its not the hotel faults so i give the hotel 5 stars!!!! Breakfast was great and you have option to buy parking.
