The hotel is in such prime location for getting anroubd Georgetown and is such a beautiful building. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room for 3 was quite small but ample for a couple of nights. Was so great having the pool to cool off in the heat I would highly recommend to anyone visiting this exciting city.

Location conveniently in the heart of Georgetown, near all the main attractions. A very cute and quaint boutique hotel

Staff was very helpful & courteous. The atmosphere is comfortable and decoration is very beautiful & interesting. 6 of us adults enjoyed and loved every part of our stay but too bad it’s only 2 nights. Will definitely book again if we visit Penang but till then we’ll sing the praises to our friends.

Good location in the city and lots of food around.

Everyone who works in that hotel, from the reception to the kitchen and housekeeping is super nice! The rooms were very comfy and clean. The hotel is easy walking distance from the main sights in George Town and they are helpful getting you reliable taxis to go anywhere outside of town. The property has a lot of character, which I appreciated. Highly recommended!

This hotel is excellent. The staff are welcoming and attentive, rooms are extremely clean and I loved the pool- which is super clean and attractive. The breakfast is good, particularly the omelettes. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our group of 7 has an excellent stay in the Yeng Keng Suite and 3 courtyard rooms. Such pleasant staff who were helpful throughout. Quick turnaround room servicing, lovely linen and spotlessly clean. Great breakfasts and made for the perfect stay. Ideal location for exploring Georgetown.

Nice hotel and room with great customer service from the team.

Lovely heritage hotel in Georgetown. It’s about 10 mins walk from the Armenian street area and lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms are a decent size and amenities. It doesn’t have a lift, so beware if you have access issues. Breakfast is fine. Staff are super friendly and lovely. Other reviews mentioned the noise, we had rooms overlooking the pool on the 1st floor (not ground) and these were quiet enough. Other people mentioned the lack of pavements but I think this is Georgetown as a whole.

Super clean room, very professional and helpful staff. Lovely pool. Good breakfast and the hotel was right in the hertitage part of town ao teally easy to walk to all the attractions.
