Fantastic location nearly the Komtar and the night market for food, very convenient for public transport from the airport and to other places, air conditioning good, shower good.

The staffs were very helpful and knowledgeable of the areas. Very welcoming and great customer service skill with a smile.

Excellent in every aspect. No "tourism tax" charged like the previous Kelantan House.

Nice to stay here

It is clean and neat though room size is pretty small. The location is very central, easy to the town sightseeing by walking.

Lovely hotel in a really good location. The hotel is really well maintained. Our room was a decent size with all the amenities needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is within walking distance to many tourist attractions.

予約時の問い合わせにのメッセージに対し、すぐに返信があり安心感があった。 立地は街中で便利な場所であるものの、騒音等の問題はなかった。 スタッフは親切な対応で、感じが良かった。 また利用したい。

1. The room was offered with bed sheet with clear stains on it (see pic, you can obviously see how they do not acre about hygiene). 2. The leather sofa was full of cigarette ash (see pic). They dusted it away and called it done. 3. They wanted $100 cash as durian penalty when you check out, which no one mentioned it to me and there're millions of durians right outside of the hotel trying to sell to you. I asked them to go through my credit card and Expedia to justify this penalty and they wouldn't. I got scared cuz they wouldn't let me leave so I paid through my credit card right there. 4. No gym even if you see gym pics on their profile. 5. NEVER book this hotel again.

Loved how easily accessible was to get everywhere by walking distance to the major areas of Georgetown.

Centrally located, clean and well maintained, brilliant staff, always helpful. Highly recommend.
