Appalling, cockroaches in the bathroom. Rude managers, air conditioning not manageable, dirty lobby, the list goes on. Quite possibly the worst hotel stay.

Rooms clean but has small crocoaches, other than service is very gd

Cozy room in a good area, perfect for local food explore, 10mins to reach all major attractions, China Town, Little India, lots of local street food nearby. There is a minimart at the lobby as well. Self service laundry available at lower ground floor, parking is available too.

Cockroaches everywhere. Signs of damage everywhere, and not clean. Staff didn’t care and rude. WiFi only in lobby. TV in room needed WiFi, so didn’t work. Listed on hotels.com as having a nice O’Brians cafe, but this is replaced with a dirty food offering. Woken every morning at 7am by the local mosque, the noise went on for about 20 minutes each day. Can’t walk anywhere due to busy road, need to take taxis. Would not stay here again!

The room was spacious and tidy, with everything neatly prepared upon arrival. The bed was comfortable. Overall, a smooth and satisfying stay.

Suite looks excellent as a first impression but almost everything is in poor condition. Big gaps in the wall furnishings where TVs used to be. Gaps in the flooring. The rugs is decrepid. No hot water. The staff came and rest the electric breaker but it threw open again within a minute. Resetting many times with the same result... no hot water! The whole place is poorly maintained and is in desperate need or maintenance and refreshing. I have pictures but app not allowing upload. At check-in, 200 RM deposit was required, which is not stated anywhere in the prior communications.

The room is clean and big. Traveling to KL SentraI or Mid Valley Megamall and other tourist attractions were convenient. I visited the Hanuman kuil nearby.

Pleasant stay! Definitely will be back.

Rooms need to be more clean, need pest control, found bed bugs and cockroaches. Staffs are good helpful.

There is no mention regarding the breakfast only meat option as we are vegetarian and we were not able to eat our breakfast at the hotel and we need to eat out. Money wasted
