It’s a nice hotel with staff really polite and friendly. Room is clean, hotel is located in area with restaurants in Little India à and near LRT and KTM. I have problem with wifi on my phone and the guy at the desk wasn’t really helpfull but the rest of staff were great!

Good, clean place to stay near KL Sentral. I had a room without a window and it was fine. The only thing lacking is a luggage table. Had to keep my suitcase on the floor.

Charged me taxes twice and tried to steal my money claiming I should buy the towel because I used it. No windows, just a box not a room. Rude, dirty, unsafe.

그저 그래요 The room was small, smelly, and lacked windows. Their TVs are not connected to their wifi and the wifi constantly kicked you off and you have to log back in. It was cheap, but I personally wished I spent more for a nicer experience.

The staff was very helpful and and accommodating.
We requested to have a room next door to my father in law and the hotel were able to accommodate us which was disappointing.
Also the hotel looked like it was recently renovated however there was not too much space in the bathroom to leave our toiletries.
