The hotel is decent and the staff is friendly, however I stayed there for a month and there were few days i was out but when i came back to my room, they barely changed my bed and replaced the bed sheet or the blanket. I had to tell them. Their towels also sucks, it has spots and so thin and old. I had to ask them to give me nicer ones but seemed like they have lots of them.

Amazing location. Very friendly and helpful reception. Wonderful breakfast.

Room is decent and staff is nice. The downside is the towels are pretty old and torn. The first week of my stay they kept bringing me old towels with some spots on it. I told the front desk to give me better towels but they didn’t do it

3rd time staying there and will go again. Nice place to stay.

We stay at hotel terrace , each year as its value for money and in a convenient location.

5 minute walk from kuta Beach and few minutes from legion Street it ideally located. The rooms are also very nice and the staff are helpful

Great stay at Kuta, Close to the beach and Mall, Everything you need is close by.

Room very neglected, AC dripping water, mould on the walls, paint coming of the walls, fridge had previous food smudged all over, sink overfill as the water not going down, 3 channels in english and you can't watch any due to poor reception when I questioned it- reply was we don't use internet we use antenna! The bed sheets don't get changed unless you make a big fuss about it and leave daily tips to actually get your room properly cleaned.

Very nice room and staff

I would have no problem staying here again 👍
