The hotel is very nice with a great breakfast option if you need to fill up before your day. The hotel is also attached to a high end mall with several food options on the bottom floor and top floor (and a Dairy Queen!)
We did have trouble getting 4 towels for our family of four. We asked for 2 extra towels, which were promptly delivered. However, next time the cleaning service came through they only left 2 towels again.
Besides this very small detail, everything else was very good!

The hotel staff service is terrible with no professional and courtesy friendly attitude. We had lost our swimming suite in the room and they did not show any responsibility for it. Every time when you call for room services, they don't know your room number at all. When have issue with one of their staff, the front desk manager said we should complain to that staff's direct report manager not to him. What kind of service is this? How would I know who is that staff's direct manager to report to. This is very ridiculous. I would never stay in this hotel again and not recommend it at all.
