Stayed here when when it 1st opened and had excellent service, this year not so good. Payed to have free drinks and nibbles between 5.30-7pm only to be told “the club lounge not open” accommodating for me to have an early check in and late check out

Great service, very responsive. Room was fantastic - very well decorated, had nice extras like electronic blinds between the bedroom & bathroom. Had a dressing room, too.
Deliveries were handled by a robot - the coolest thing ever. It came to the room, rang the phone and we got our stuff. Then it headed back by itself including calling the elevator and getting in.

매우 훌륭해요 Hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. Resturant manager, David was very helpful. Customer relations officers also very helpful.
The only problem I had was that I needed to extend another night but the rate increased dramatically. The staff did not offer any accommodation so I was forced to move to another hotel.
