It’s what you paid for. Good location, clean but very tiny room.

The staff were very friendly. The lift was out of order and there are lots of stairs to climb! If you’re unlucky enough to get a room at the top of a stairs it’s extremely noisy when people are coming back from an evening out- the wall and doors are thin! Take ear buds with you. Very basic room, literally just a bed, a chair, a small square mirror and a bathroom. Also a very small bedside table one side of the bed. No full mirror. No desk/ kettle/ tea coffee etc. Paid for coffee machine in the lobby. There’s quite about of storage room. 2 plugs in the room, one next to the bed and One infront of the mirror. Bathroom has only an all in one hair, body and hands pump. Bring your own wash and hair stuff. All clean and tidy. Good for a one night cheap stay. Wouldn’t recommend for more than one night as it’s sooooo basic!! About a half hour walk to the main canals

The bed was very comfortable and the location was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't very impressed with the fact we got checked in to a room that already had a guest staying in it when we arrived and then were put in a different room with a sticking lock that we ended up locked in twice which seems like a significant fire hazard and inconvenience to us trying to leave. Additionally, the underbed storage space was incredibly dusty, most of the buttons on the TV remotes didn't work and we weren't able to get access to a hairdryer for my wife after she'd showered. So while we did enjoy our stay overall it's not really what we'd have expected from a €200+ a night room

Staff very helpful. Close to metro, shops, bars & walking distance to Heineken experience. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, I found that disappointing.

Place is ok, in my case room was not so big for 4 people, bathroom was big because was a handicap bathroom that make us feel we were in a hospital , very closed to a train station

We had a wonderful time in Amsterdam. The room was clean and modern. Hannah checked us in and out. She was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, very professional and helpful!

This is a perfect budget friendly hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful as this was my first visit to Amsterdam. Nearly everything you need is within a 5 minute walk. The metro is within that range as well and is easy to learn. We were surprised at how quiet it is at night. We are sensitive to environmental sound but we heard nothing from inside or outside and slept very well. During the day the area is busy. But at night it is calm and quiet. I felt safe in a big foreign city. Our room was a double twin. It was comfortable and clean. Overall, it’s a small room, which is perfect because we were out exploring more than in the room. Thank you to the staff! You all were so helpful and I appreciate your hospitality.

The location of this hotel was everything for us. The neighborhood is very safe, restaurants and cafes near by, one block away from the Metro station and few blocks away from main attractions. Customer service was excellent. The rooms were cleaned properly and we were even allowed to ccheck in early for free 😊 Ignacio, the hotel manager was very informative and friendly. The room we stayed in was a bit small but I guess this is what you get in Europe the bathroom was clean.
