The rooms apparently have been renovated recently; are like new. The breakfast is excellent with many options to choose from.

The pool was cold ❄️, and the air in the pool area was quite chilly. Kids were not able to enjoy it.

Property was a great location, but room was underwhelming. Beds were small and the room was only cleaned once in 3 day stay. We had to ask for extra towels and washcloths daily because we didn't have enough.

A great hotel for families visiting Chicago, the property is close to many sites. We also appreciated the daily breakfast and evening reception.

Great location. Big rooms. Nice staff. No water pressure in washrooms. Washrooms could use some TLC and a tub reglazing
