Without a doubt the most uncomfortable, hard bed I have ever slept on in my life. I got no sleep and my whole body is sore today. It is just a mattress on the floor. We saw this hostel had good reviews and made the horrible mistake of booking it. Don’t do it. Just don’t do it. It is pretty well kept but if you put any value at all on a good night’s sleep - go somewhere else. I have stayed in well over 400 hotels in 50+ countries and this is the worst bed I have ever slept on. Worse than a tent camp in Tanzania. Worse than a 2 star hotel i Cairo.

サービスに関してはマジでコスパ最強でした！ スタッフの方も丁寧に説明してくれましたし、シャワーも洗面関係の設備も揃っていて素晴らしかった！ 客室では同じ部屋の人がいびきかくと寝れなかったけど、耳栓が置いてあったのでそれで少しは軽減されると思います。 今回、2回利用しましたが改めて良いと思いました！

きれい！また使いたい！ 使うなら9時までにチェックインしないとセルフチェックインはややこしそう。

夜遅い時間でも対応してくれて助かりました。

洗面所やベットなどとても清潔感があり、またとても使いやすかったです。そして、スタッフの方にも丁寧に説明して頂けました。

シャワー、洗面所、トイレなどの設備が清潔でよかったです。脱衣スペースがゆったりとしていて使いやすかったです。

This place is great ideal location in Chinatown for hundreds of food, vendors and restaurants.

必要最低限ですが、足りないということが全くなかった。対応も無駄なく遠隔でホスピタリティも高かった。

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was clean and quiet and I felt safe. It was so nice being right in the middle of Chinatown and I absolutely love Kobe. The staff was helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location - It's one block off of the main street in Chinatown and it's very close to the metro (~5 blocks). The heater works very well (which is important as it's winter and it's cold outside). There's only 2 showers on the women's floor, so there's the possibility of having to wait for a few minutes, but the showers are clean and they provide shampoo and conditioner. Good wifi.
