The hotel is well located. The room I had was simple but comfy for one person. Bathroom was ok. Amenities were good and located in the lobby (I noticed this in other hotels, too). They had a laundry room which was very convenient. Breakfast was fine, but only one option that they bring to you (rice with fish). Not sure if it’s different every day as I stayed only one night. I’d appreciate if they had more options in case of a longer stay. For a short vacation, weekend, or work trips is just perfect.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating!

훌륭해요 I arrived at 2:15 pm. Check in time is 3:00 pm. I was made to wait 45 minutes in the lobby( with no comfortable chairs). The reason is that the rooms are not ready. This is a lie and has occurred to me before. Please be kinder to your GUESTS.

When I checked in and I was supposed to be enjoy public bath, but bath temperature not warm enough to stay bath
Otherwise it’s quite comfortable and room is quite comfortable space which I really liked it

Good location in the entertainment district of Kobe, if Jazz, KAraoke, and cocktail lounges is your destination. Price was right, staff freindly, location good for us, but don't sign up for the breakfast.

It was fine, I stayed for about 30 days total and the bedding was never changed, and the floors were only vacuumed once and I had to ask for it. The staff were all nice
