Nice Hotel and very convince. My Kids love the playground so much.

This hotel is so close to the Taipei Main Station. It is only 5 minute walk from the Airport Line. The hotel is unique. It will bring you back to your childhood. They have also provided free snacks and drinks for guests. Will recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The room I am in is very nice and the hotel is type of boutique hotel. Nice setting in the room and all. Unfortunately, the card sensor at the door to turn on all the lights are malfunction. All lights come on in the middle of the night at 3-4am. When I woke up early morning, the lights can’t be turned on. I called the front desk and was told that the maintenance folks only start working at 10am. So I ended up doing evening in darkness, eg. Shower, rest room, grooming. That’s an experience that’s for sure.

The room is very spacious and clean. The location is in the center of Taipei city with transportations around. It's a good choice for business trip or longer stay as they have laundry room for use. They don't offer breakfast but restaurants, shop, convenience stores near by.

We had an amazing stay here. It was last minute and we wanted to stay close to Taipei main station and this ended up being the perfect hotel for us. They have happy hour everyday serving tea and light foods from 2-4pm. They also have a snack area that is open 24/7. The room was incredibly clean and spacious and the showers were great! Would love to stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome with their genuine warmth, friendliness, and willingness to help. Every interaction was pleasant, and their outstanding service truly made our stay special. A special thank you to the breakfast team on the 27th floor. Their kindness, attentiveness, and cheerful smiles each morning made breakfast a highlight of our day. They went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and cared for. The hotel is incredibly family-friendly. Our child absolutely loved the indoor playground, the adorable decorations throughout the property, and the kids' movies playing in the lobby. The 24/7 complimentary snacks, coffee, and tea were also a wonderful touch and much appreciated after a day of sightseeing. The location is another huge advantage—just steps away from Taipei Main Station, making it incredibly convenient to explore Taipei and beyond. Thank you to the entire Roaders Plus team for making our family vacation so memorable. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Taipei and highly recommend this hotel to families looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service.
