Great location

Excellent breakfast and comfortable mattress. Pillow were too thick and high for our liking. View is amazing but the hotel pool is basically a plunge pool and located right outside the lower level rooms so not a great location. Staff is friendly and very kind. Excellent AC. The hotel needs some TLC and is a bit worn so I suggest too expensive for what is offered. The bathrooms need a better cleaning as the shower drain was plugged and the bathtub is rusty and dirty. A good cleaning is needed. The door also need a second lock from the inside for security at night.

The direct access to the beach is awesome

Location and beach view amazing right on the water...room size large and breakfast brought to room however no table to use ...nice balcony and rooftop...great big bed. But the bathroom is totally dysfunctional... So small...tiny...shower no hand held...giant Jacuzzi dominates the room...bathroom cannot be closed off ...sink ridiculously small and water pressure low...toilet almost in the sink....what a shame since the place was otherwise worth revisiting. Expedia really mislead me in its ad for this hotel...

Beach front view was fabulous

Good spot. Heaven room gives great views over the ocean. Nice to have breakfast in room option at no extra charge.

Clean room, great staff

I had a wonderful stay at Layalina Hotel in Phuket. The property has a peaceful, boutique feel and is perfectly located for enjoying the beach, relaxing, and exploring the area. The room was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with a calm atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. I especially appreciated the relaxed setting and the convenience of being close to restaurants, shops, and the beach while still feeling like I had a quiet place to return to. Overall, Layalina was a lovely stay and a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable, charming hotel in Phuket. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to stay here again.

This is not a “big city resort”. Boutique hotel means very very small. But it truly is beachfront, it’s quiet and has a warm pool. The breakfast is plenty and cooked nicely and the staff are really nice. If you want to be in the middle of Kamala away from hustle and bustle this place is fine. The bedsheets were the best I’ve ever slept on.

Great views good location room was large loved the private upper balcony. Big drawback all other guests smoked weed the whole time. Hard to sit on balcony with constant weed smoke filtering over.
