Rooms were overall decent. However, our room had bugs on the kitchen counter, dining table, and beside table. There was also a leak whenever we took a shower - water flowed from shower area to the sink/beyond. Shower area could do with better scrubbing as well. Customer service was great though, and staff was very friendly.

While the location is great, the hotel itself is less desirable. It is a much older building with interiors that resemble an apartment more than a hotel, and despite it's reputation for elderly guests, the hallways and entry halls into the room were not PWD friendly. I didn't have a great check-in experience, as I was given another guest's room key at first. However, when I settled into my room, while very spacious, was also very dusty (triggering my allergies) and quite dirty. The sheets & plates were stained, and dust bunnies in every corner. As unfortunate as my experience was, management were quite accommodating and understadning with my request for early check-out, which I appreciated immensely.

Clean room and great check in services.

Unfortunately 2nd night led me to see the truth Bedbugs. Sorry not a place I or anyone can stay. Worst part is that no one wanted to talk more about it.

Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing. She went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed. She even arranged a small cake and candle as my daughter turned 17 during our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall a perfect stay and we will be back.

Fabulously Fab

Home away from any home Airy, beautiful & bright atmosphere

We had to find a place in KL quick and someone proposed us Domitys. It was a great place after staying in Hong Kong. Spacious and in a residential neighbourhood, just what we needed. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Nice food place 10 minutes down the road (walking). It is also not too far from various sights in KL.

Lovely staff. Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Great location. Close to Bangsar shops and Kuala Lumpur city center. Will definitely stay here again if i need a place in Kuala Lumpur.

We stayed in this property with my family, the rooms were really clean, the service was great and staff were really helpful and responsive at all times. The location is convenient, walking distance to Bangsar ,( shuttles also available ) however it’s a bit noisy and busy as it is still a central and busy suburb. Shared washer and dryer were available for a fee, but not in the apartment.
