Hot water in room takes too long to arrive. TV reception and stability function is really bad. Other then these, everything is as expected from an old property.

Really easy and quick check in. Wonderful staff throughout hotel - Beautiful and quiet room. Really enjoyed my stay. look forward to next visit.

This hotel is located in the Mega mall where you can get everything including food court. The amenities inside the hotel is limited as the facilities are available in the mall. Taxis and Grab services are plentiful. Downside we experienced was the spread of breakfast which was very much limited for vegetarians. The restaurant also didn’t have any food for vegetarians in the menu. However they adapted to our request and made sandwiches and served with french fries. Front desk staffs were helpful in giving us direction to vegetarian restaurants. It’s a perfect place for non-vegetarians. There is a supermarket inside the mall which came in aid for us hence we managed with whatever was available such as milk, cereals, bread, fruits, etc. Can we stay there again? Yes with some preparation.

The hotel is attached to the mall...so accessible

All good. Except when I request for some ice.. it never come.

Room upgraded. Excellent location but it will be better to have exclusive carpaking lots near the hotel. Now we need to fight for parking lots with shoppers.

Overall it was good with big rooms. Just that on one day when the music played suddenly in our room..it took them long to take action until my husband has to call them 3 times. However they do give an apology gift, just that we feel prompt action could be given.

Air con not cold. Staff is kind enough to change room for us
