front desk staffs are very helpful

Our room was amazing. Balcony over Main Street in Banff and an amazing window over the bed where we could watch the sunrise light up the mountain! Loved it!!

Loved that it was downtown and you could walk everywhere. Close to shops and all restaurants

Clean room, friendly staff, small parking lot, great breakfast, super convenient location, close to everything. Property is a bit outdated, but maintained well.

The perfect getaway right in the heart of Banff. We had a suite which didn’t disappoint. A beautiful balcony with the mountains in the distance. Right across from 3 Bears Brewery. Walking distance to all of Banff. A great coffee shop right across the street. Housekeeping does an amazing job of cleaning the rooms. Treats at the front desk nightly along with S’Mores to make, added a nice touch. The staff was exceptionally nice. Word of advice…parking in the garage is quite tight. Don’t bring a truck. Highly recommend Brewster Mtn Lodge!!!

Brewster's is central and staff are super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay. We got an upgrade but needed a cut lunch and 6 pack to get to room. Lol Room was warm, comfortable and added bonus, a balcony. So close to town central, buses and can walk to public transport easily. Breakfast was included and filled the void nicely however it is in an odd spot. Staff explained how to get there. Would I stay there again. Yes.

Stayed at Brewster Mountain Lodge for 5 nights. The hotel has a cozy mountain-lodge feel and the location is excellent. You really can't beat being right in downtown Banff. Street parking can cost around $13 hour, so paying $20 night for hotel parking was decent. Once parked, we were able to walk everywhere. There are plenty of restaurants, markets, and pharmacies just steps away. We stayed in a two-queen room without a balcony facing Bear Street. The view was actually quite nice, with mountains in the background and lots of activity on the street. The breakfast was good and had a decent mix of hot and cold options. Also, a special shoutout to Jana in the breakfast area. She was always very sweet, kind, and welcoming. The only downside was housekeeping. For the price we paid, we expected much better. On the first day, the trash wasn't emptied. The next day, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, the dirty towels weren't taken away or replaced, and the trash was still there. After spending a full day sightseeing, coming back to a room like that was disappointing. What was even more frustrating was having to call the front desk almost every day to remind them that we needed a complete housekeeping service, despite putting the "Clean Up My Room" tag on the door. The staff were friendly when we called, but this really shouldn't be something guests have to keep following up on. Overall, we loved the location and the mountain-lodge atmosphere.
