Clean well maintained hotel, nice breakfast provided, outdoor hot tub enjoyable after a long hike or stroll throught town. Very walkable location to town or Roam bus stop.

Good size room, quiet and comfortable.

The rooms at Banff Aspen Lodge were compact but adequate. Staff were polite and helpful. Good breakfast. Location was good. The property took an unexpected 1CAD trial payment to confirm our credit card three days prior to our stay which caused that card to be frozen. Fortunately it was the day prior to travel so we were able to resolve the issue. However, we strongly feel that we should have been notified to avoid any problems.

Nice hotel, good location, on the main street, close to IGA and restaurants. Clean room, spacious. Onsite parking which is nice. Breakfast is decent. There are hot tubs which I didn't use.

Hotel was nice and easy access to downtown. Place was clean and good staff

I've got upgraded by the staff. I am so happy with the complimentary. Will sure to come back stay again. All the staffs are very friendly.

Great location. Room and bathroom had lots of space. Breakfast easy and basic, but good.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful. In particular, the front desk crew (Rodney and Mia) helped us with very useful advice on where to go and what to do and directions. They were very patient and really nice people. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is right in the centre of the action.
