Breakfast was very good 😊

It’s a resort for people who want to be active. Active in the sense of skiing, etc.. the laundry facilities worked for what we needed. Staff was helpful. The lookout Tower gave a beautiful view.

Annie from reception was absolutely incredible, she was so friendly and knowledgable, her warmness really made our stay enjoyable. There was a Philippine gentleman working in the bar opposite reception who was also so friendly and lovely, his knowledge about the auroroa was amazing. Sorry i cant remember his name! Thank you to both of these guys for making our trip so memorable!

Perfect option for families, lovely property, excellent attention and service from all staff. Very helpful when needed, food was extremely delicious.

very over priced and very disappointing rooms were very dirty and cold never got clean towels unless we asked for them very poor standard for the price you're paying on a magical holiday

Just very over priced outdated hotel standard was quite poor once you’re there, you will understand

Hotel had comfortable beds, breakfast was ok, not far in taxi from airport or scv and sata park

Excellent everything. Great entertainment for kids Will come ba Ck! Best breakfast
