If is centrally located, with good parking. Rooms are clean, pool is dated and water is cold, fridge was not working and because of that a lot of our food went bad.

Overall not a bad stay. We stayed 4 nights. The housekeeping could have been better and top up of tea/coffee/milk didnt happen. The family room had a great view of the river and lumberjack bridge. Location is great with lots of shops/cafes/restaurants nearby. Bus to Santa claus village leaves right outside. Lots of options for breakfast. Swimming pool is on the cold side when you first get in but you get used to it, maybe too cold for very small kids.

Great location, breakfast variety was superb. Bus to SCV and airport stops just in front of the property. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotels with renovated rooms. Got a family room facing the lake in the second building above the Lapland Safari adventures shop. Elevator actually went straight into the Lapland Safari shop so I didn’t have to exit the building and wear tons of clothes in order to start my activities. The staff was super friendly and the hotel is close to the city center, shops and restaurants. The bus stop is right next to the building so if you didn’t want to use Uber, public transport was right there. I was traveling for work so needed a place that allowed me to work and have fun on my days off. The hotel was great for my 4night stay. Highly recommend for business or solo travelers like myself. Warm, renovated, cozy rooms with good WiFi and easy access to all Rovaniemi offers.

Perfect location, views of the river were breathtaking, the family room was a good size, and the hotel in general was beautifully decorated. What a start to our trip.

Very clean, the choice at breakfast was great, something for everybody. Staff were very nice and we really enjoyed the stay. So central, easy to get to anything we wanted
