We loved our stay at this fantastic hotel. The property is beautiful and calm and the staff is incredibly attentive and kind. They were hit hard by the flooding in October 2024, but they have done incredible work to repair the facilities. When we were there (early Nov 2024) the pool was open and only the garden next to the river was closed while they re-grow the turf. We are 2 adults 2 young kids and the 2-bedroom suite was perfect for us.

1. The air con in the room (on 2nd floor) emitted a very bad odor.
2. There was a loud humming noise from a machinery motor near the roof that made sleeping at night quite impossible.
3. The reception of the TV was very bad.
4. Excellent staff service.
5. The breakfast was freshly made to order.
