The room was fine for the HK price. Bigger problem was the lack of response when we tried to call. No one answered & we panicked (a little) and had to call. It never picked up. Turned out that they DID wait for us, which was a relief, waaaay past checking in time! Thank you! So great full for that! We never got there before 11pm (21hr) due to late plane.

First of all, it’s very hard to find the hotel. It’s inside the building no signage on the main road. Room they gave me a extremely small barely. My luggage can fit in myself not worth 82 USD at all maybe 25 or 30 USD.

There are cockroaches on our rooms. The room that was given to us for 6pax was so small and the only good thing that happened are the housekeepers. They told me that there is a vacant family room that is way bigger and comfortable compared to the one that was given to us

Location is fantastic. The rooms are too small for convinient. The toilet, shower and wash hand basen are all discomfortably in a small room

Short trip to HK and decided to stay at TST, you know HK is really expensive and expect small rooms. Value for money and location was good

Room we were provided was ridiculously small, even though we had booked months in advance we still got the last available room. The 4 of us had to shuffle on to one of the double beds just to be able to close the door and access the 2nd bed. Bathroom drain took forever to drain after a shower, you were basically standing in about 5cms of water after a shower. There was barely enough room to open our suitcases, lots of shuffling around was required just to be able to do so. Hong Kong accommodation is typically small but this really was the bottom of the barrel...

There are rooms for improvement, AC and bed as well as the bathroom ceiling need to be updated.

room was too small for a family room plus the noise from the A/C unit was a bit loud

California Hotel is Budget Freindly. The customer Service was spot on. Rooms small but was bot a issue for 3 of us. My wife is 27 weeks Prgnent and she was comfortable
