Not so clean. Smells like mold and so sour inside. Smell got better after the a/c was turned on. Blanket, sheets and pillow smells terrible too. It’s possibly because of the humid and rainy weather. Staff respond right away but very rude but I heard they are like that. No personal feelings. I used the hair dryer and it exploded, which was a scary experience. When we called them of what happened staff came in a few minutes to fix our electricity. Check in was a hassle. The pin location in our reservation and Google Maps was different. It was easy to look for the building but checking in to get our key card was very confusing. Hopefully they can improve the checking in process. If people need to find a budget stay I think there are other guesthouse you can find…pictures in their website are very manipulative.

The place is dirty and the building it is in is even dirtier. The bathroom was also very unclean with the tiniest towels you ever did see. The shower was decent though. No one heeds these reviews, so I am not wasting any more of my time reviewing this place.

No reception so had to check in via a machine. Rooms were clean. Photoshop

Good if you’re on a budget - facilities are clean and it’s nice and central. Not exactly as was advertised - capsules weren’t as modern as the photos make them out to be, and the mattress was very thin.

This one is more spacious than the Mong Kok location, with a bigger common area if you're looking to work. Also much closer to the MTR. The guests are very quiet and respectful, and there is more space in the washrooms. The towels are too small, and the lockers don't fit a large check in luggage, although it is common for guests to leave luggage out and it is monitored.
