Près des services, salle de bain rénovée, espace intéressant sur 2 étages. Sinon, beaucoup de bruit jusqu'à tard la nuit même si la fenêtre était fermée, moisissure dans la douche, la réservation n'était pas ouverte en tout temps.

We had a wonderful stay! Even though we arrived a bit late, communication with the staff through WhatsApp was excellent and very helpful. The young lady who welcomed us was incredibly kind. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location was absolutely perfect — very close to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, the Uffizi Gallery, and even the Accademia Gallery where the David is located. We were able to explore almost all of Florence walking from the hotel, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. Very comfortable stay and highly recommended!

We loved the location and the proximity to the city centre and the 'must sees'.

A very unique building. Room was clean and spacious. The only issue with our stay was the location. The building is situated in the middle of a lively student district, which was loud, every night until the early hours. Had to wear ear plugs to sleep :(

The apartments are in a good location and have great potential, but the way they have been maintained and the external noise spoiled our experience (even with ear plugs, as suggested by the company). The building is beautiful with rooms which have a grand appearance, double height ceiling and a mezzanine for children’s beds to provide some privacy, had they been better apportioned it would have been the perfect stay. The main attractions are all within 5-10mins walk so great to get around. A few thoughts on the room, it was large spacious and well laid out, but the beds were old and poorly looked after, the master bed mattress was broken and should have been changed. The fridge didn’t work, didn’t keep anything cool, The safe was not fixed down so could be taken from the room. Although the room was clean on arrival we were informed it would not be cleaned unless expressly requested, this was ok for our short stay but we asked for the bins to be changed and this was not done. The staff running the rooms were friendly but appeared too busy to help out much, although there were coffee and tea making facilities we had to request a spoon as extra, as none were provided as a basic. The nighttime noise was more than expected with people partying throughout the night so unless you are ready to join the party this room may not be for you.

We had a late arrival and the property was able to accommodate our situation very easily with great communication. As locals in need of an overnight stay, we found a place we would be happy to book for out of town visitors. The room was spacious and clean, and being in a historic building created such a fun environment in a great location in the city centre.

Really neat place to stay, in an old Florence palace, close to everything. Fridge didn’t work when we got there but the staff replaced it with a new one. Over all it was a good experience.
