Would recommend this place to those who want a close spot to the city! It’s about 15-20 min walk to all the major sites which is perfect.

The property is well located, only 15minutes walk from the station and easy to find thanks to the straightforward instructions provided by Andreas team. The common area provided snacks, juices, teas and filter water. The room was clean, spacious and the bed wae comfortable. The tv had all the apps which was good after a long day exploring. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and Peaceful.
Absolutely loved our stay here in Florence. It’s very safe with private rooms and a shared lounge and kitchen. The room was very large and the bathroom was big too! The shower was amazing and very spacious. We walked from the train station which was a little hard at dinner time with our luggage but we made it! Will most definitely be staying again next time we visit Florence.
