Truly expected a lot more coming from a hotel like this, checked in to a non smoking room , the room smelled like a cigarette. I called down to the front desk to explain the situation and they tell me that I need to come down and wait on the line that I already waited on to check in for 45 minutes to explain my situation.wasted 2 hours of my hotel stay !! Then the room that we do get the exhaust fan in the bathroom does not shut off so it’s freezing in the bathroom 24 hours nonstop besides the noise that it makes all nite long …once again did not expect this coming from an establishment like the hard rock Hotel

First time in Atlantic City. Very happy with our stay. Clean room and great view of the Atlantic on the 33rd floor. We stayed in the north tower (little bit of a walk from garage and casino but not bad imo). Parking was $10 in the garage for the whole stay. Did prefer the ocean casino but both were nice. Will definitely be back

Everything was great only issue was AC wasn't cold enough on the hottest days the room only went to 68° but the room was great and so was the hotel overall definitely will be back
