Let me first start by saying I did have a good time at the casino and the staff was nice. However I was surprised about some of the charges. I paid for our trip off of here and this website said I only owe 78 or so dollars when I get to the property to pay which is fine. Then I got hit with 228.68 charge for like a safety fee or whatever. Which is crazy to me but I let it go. Then I thought we were able to used the pool as guests since the 228 would count with the pool stuff and all of the amenities for that. So when we enter, we got told that we could schedule a time to go in. Which, again, fine. Make sense. However then they told us that if you want a bar stool to sit at the pool it will be 35 dollars…then the other things like a lounger was more like $90 and so on and so forth. So I was like doing the math and I was about to put down like $180 dollars for me and my husband on top of the 228.68. Which is crazy! So that really made me disappointed. So I guess I was expecting to much but like I didn’t know they were going to charge me for all of that for a pool and like the beginning charges and all. Just make sure you have enough to cover your trip and ask a lot of questions!

I absolutely loved my room and the view! If you someone with a lot of luggage, getting from the parking garage to the hotel lobby is laborious and can get confusing depending what level you park on… Also, if I’m paying almost $600 a night for a room I should ABSOLUTELY have hot water! That was unacceptable for me.

Our room was beautiful and the hotel is beautiful

I had an updated room and found a roach in the bed. When I spoke to hotel staff, they said the best they could do is give me a food voucher.

Absolutely recommend!

My first time staying at this resort and it was very nice. We stayed in the Centurion tower, the rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfy. Will definitely stay again for our AC Trip.

Pretty okay but it’s just sad to see Atlantic City in the current state

Thankyou had lovely time

Clean room, nice staff. Good restaurant. Close to beach. Will be back again.
