We had a amazing stay in this hotel.The room is spacious,clean.The reception are very pleasant and helpful.Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The air conditioning worked perfectly, making the room very comfortable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Está muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro. El personal es sumamente amable y colaborador. La habitación tiene el tamaño justo y una disposición comodísima. De seguro regresaré.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our original room- some of the rooms have stairs to the bathroom and my husband has knee issues so it was problematic for us. The front desk was able to switch us to a different room that better suited our needs. Location is great. Neighborhood charming. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, etc within 5-10 minute walk. close to 2 different tube stations.

Great location with a spacious room.

The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. We were there for four nights on some of the hottest days (and nights) of the year. The a/c was good, but my wife likes a breeze. Our request for a pedestal fan was complied with very quickly. The housekeeping staff was unobtrusive and good. We didn’t eat in at all, though the menu at the restaurant looked great! The location was great, walking distance from three tube stations. We’d stay there again, quite happily.

Big enough room for 3 adults, close to Hyde park and 30 min train ride to center of London

I had inquired if there were stairs to any of the rooms. I received a reply that all were accessible by elevator. Unfortunately, we had a room that had stairs to the bathroom! With the bathroom being upstairs, the air conditioning did not reach it. The bathroom faced the sun, so it did become pretty warm by afternoon and evening. There was some noise at night on and off. I presume from the football games. One major odd thing that happened was that we seemed to have a king bed. When we came back after being out, we had a smaller bed, which seemed to be correct size for our "Plaza Executive double". The bed was definitely about 8" (eight inches) smaller width wise. You could clearly see on the floor the foot markings of where the old bed was. (I took photos as well). This happened in the middle of our week long stay.

We paid a lot of for a grubby room which was not prepared prepared properly (no tissues, bin lingers etc. The bath has a slow leak. I we could not deal with how landlord special it felt - the wall paper patching should be a crime.

The room was good size for three of us. It advertises as having air conditioning otherwise we would have chosen a different hotel. We know it’s hot this week but the air blew air at best and we sweat all night. They said it was just hot in London and the building holds the heat. If it’s not hot or warm it was a fine hotel. Dated. But due to the heat of the room it affected our stay. They did give us a fan at 12:30 in the morning which helped not sweat but still was a miserable night of rest.
