Rooms were modern and clean. Showers were a little dated. Had some trouble with the water temperature being cold at first but they were quick to help us fix this. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location to just walk around and access most anything. Small pool very cold.

Shops are within walking distance, friendly staff, pool is nice, however the area ia quite small for lounge chairs etc

Great location. Right in the heart of Chiang Mai.

Two nights in a row we had really bad smell in our rooms despite changing rooms after the first night. To ensure we weren’t making it up we made the night staff come and check and even his comment was “it smells like pee” (yuck!!) he told us to leave the bathroom vents on and sprayed the whole room - on complaining we were only given the option to get refund for remaining nights which being new years we couldn’t find any accommodation to change to. Not once did the staff or management apologise for the inconvenience. They simply acted like either deal with it or were given the option that we can get refund if we leave before 12pm or the next day will be charged. We already had tours booked and on top of that hotels in the area were fully booked so we had not choice but hope for the best and keep spraying deodoriser - would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It’s near Night Market on Sundays. Staffs at the front desk are not really friendly. They did not say anything to you in the morning when they see you or when you go back to the hotel. Even though I tried to say Swadeecap(good morning) they looked down and said nothing. Room is ok. Lack of plug in place to charge your phone. Room service was quick when I need something in the room.

Loved this hotel! Super clean & aesthetic, plus walking distance from everything. The staff were also incredibly kind & warm. Would highly recommend!
