Had a great stay at Hotel Loy. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean, the pool was lovely, and the location was great for us - close enough to be able to walk to Old Town but also far enough off the Main Street we didn’t get late night noise.

Amazing hotel in what felt like a more local part of Chiang Mai. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, which made the stay so much better! Would love to come back here.

Amazing place for our 5 nights stay. I have to say the highlight was the friendly and extremely helpful staff! Would highly recommend this place to all my friends coming to Chiang Mai!

Very pretty hotel with great breakfast, but it’s expensive for what it is, and I wouldn’t choose to stay there again. I stayed in one of the rooms with a bathtub on a private terrace. I had hoped I would be able to sunbathe in private there, but there was actually a roof covering the whole area. The pool itself does get a decent amount of sun throughout the day though.

Excellent room, hotel staff and breakfast - no notes! Lovely team always on hand to help and easy, short walk to the old town and some of the night markets.

The room and hotel were very nice and kept very clean. Staff were kind and friendly and the breakfast was good. The only downside was the adjacent busy street. Loy Kroh road. It is packed with massage parlors with pushy workers. Not the most relaxing way to walk from /to your hotel.

The entire team is so friendly, rooms are clean, gym was fantastic and the welcome tea was amazing!

This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Thailand! The staff (especially the night staff) were so friendly and they gave great shopping and adventure advice. Loved this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The breakfast was amazing and the service was excellent.
