Best Hawaii experience

Overall great hotel, one of the best along the Waikiki strip especially with the adults only Infinity pool. Not a cheap option to stay at but well and truly worth it, will be the only choice moving forward!

the place is crowded!!!!! Not really the honeymoon spot it might have been once. Now it caters to families, big family reunions, office vacations. Limited beach. There is an adult pool---but really for hanging out not for doing laps. They really need to get more beach umbrellas. I really can't figure out why they are so stingey when you pay a resort fee. The Kaiulani has beach umbrellas at the poolside, why not waikiki? Strange. Looks weird from above. 4 beach umbrellas here and there with no reason for their location. If you get a lounge chair (get to the pool by 9 AM), be aware that by 11:30 AM, the hot sun will no longer be hidden by the building. Now the good stuff: Look out at the pacific, turn left and see Diamond Head. Ahhh.. this is why you came to Sheraton Waikiki. Clean room, safe area.

Room was very clean, shout out to Romel? who made our room clean everyday and his hardworking will not go unnoticed. He was very kind and hard working he serviced our room in 509 our whole stay Loved the outdoor pool and all the shops inside. Bonus with the Japanese store Lawson

Our stay at the Sheraton Waikiki Resort exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, check-in was seamless, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a partial ocean view room. Our room with two double beds was spacious and comfortable, and the large balcony offered stunning views of the beach and spectacular Waikiki sunsets. It was the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. The hotel amenities were exceptional. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing each guest with two reusable stainless steel water bottles, with refill stations conveniently located on every floor. The direct beach access and fantastic pool facilities made this the perfect family holiday. The pool slides were a huge hit with the kids, and we spent most of our days happily moving between the pool and the beach—it couldn’t have been more convenient or enjoyable. Everything about our stay was outstanding. The resort delivered everything we had hoped for and so much more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend the Sheraton Waikiki Resort to anyone looking for an unforgettable Waikiki vacation.

Best place to stay when traveling with a large family group. There's something for everyone and every day was an adventure. The kids lived the slides, the sandy beach and catamaran adventures. The grown ups loved the convenient restaurant, shops and beautiful sites at every turn. We'll be back for sure

Outdoor pool was very crowded. Chairs were set on top of each other and you can’t even walk through. Lots of people at the pool from different hotels. Beach chairs and umbrellas are not included in your stay and cost $100 for a day. Beds are very small (double size) for a party of 4
