Great time. Great place. Great stay!

Incredible view

We booked this property based on the beautiful photos posted of the resort, but what we found was nothing like what was advertised. Instead of a resort, it felt more like an old, run-down hotel that has been neglected. The property was dirty throughout. The old carpet, both in the common areas and in our room, was stained, worn out, and in desperate need of replacement. The bathroom was outdated and had visible mold. The sofa was so dirty and worn that I covered it with towels before sitting on it because I didn't feel comfortable using it as-is. The resort was also under construction, which was never communicated to us beforehand. The sliding glass door was covered with dirt and grime, indicating it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time. Nearly all of the furniture appeared to be 20–30 years old and badly in need of updating. To make matters worse, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the resort that smelled like a sewage issue. The most disappointing part of our stay was that I qualified for room upgrades at check-in. I requested an upgrade, and this was the room we were assigned. If this was considered an upgrade, I can't imagine what the standard rooms look like. Overall, this property was a huge disappointment and did not resemble the beautiful resort shown in the photos.

Fun hotel, dukes was great and hotel was clean.

Under heavy renovations, poor service, renovated room was subpar but Hula Grill was great.

Perfect location for a family!! Lots of construction so some of the amenities weren’t available but amazing for what we came for. Will definitely book again!

Location is good but building in general is in disrepair; rooms ate in disrepair snd need remodeling , carpet inside the room was worn and ripped,, balcony floor paint xas pealing off pool are are outdated and decay. For current construction this is a 3 star hotel . Too pricey for the services provided

Staff at this hotel were friendly and very helpful with accommodating our needs during our stay. Highly recommended this hotel. Amenities were great and we especially loved the convenient beach access!
