그저 그래요아동 동반 숙박객
I made a reservation for two rooms I have all the emails with the booking confirmation, yesterday we showed up at the hotel and they just say they only have one room booked, I showed the guys in the frondesk the confirmation and they say keep saying they have just one room, and I got charged for two rooms, thia place is the worst hotel I have ever had to deal with. You don't charge for two rooms and just said you will just have one available

The airport shuttle was useful.
The reception staff were very helpful.
Good location if you're interested in public transit, which was very easy to use.
On-site restaurant was very good and reasonably priced.

I was genuinely concerned my car was going to get broken into. Not a great part of town.

훌륭해요 The rooms were clean. The street next to the hotel was busy and traffic could be heard all night.

만족해요 The room was clean but the blankets and towels were very rough. The room was stuffy without the ac running and very loud and cold with it running. We asked the front desk about routes and things to do and was told to use google. We also paid a deposit that was to be returned and still hasn’t. Can’t say I'm inclined to stay there again.

그저 그래요 The property was not very clean and partially under construction. Room was mediocre at best bedding had stains and furniture was pretty beat up. Plan to walk with your luggage as parking is behind the hotel and you have to walk roughly a block with your luggage to get to the front door. In my opinion not anywhere near what it is rated. Another point worth mentioning is nowhere did it say parking was an additional fee and it was an additional 15.00 a day unless and this was there suggestion is to park across the street in the dirt under the overpass where there are no lights. All in all I could never recommend this property to anyone I know and will never stay at this property again
