We were there for one overnight stay. It is so close to the airport that for an early morning flight we stay so that we can wake up, get in the car and off the YVR. Can’t say about the breakfast as we generally leave before it is available.

Booked a suite, and when I called to double-check I was promised that it has two bedrooms with two real Queen beds. But we only got one bedroom and a terrible sofa bed. No such thing as two bedroom suite in this hotel, I was told. Front staff was also visibly suffering from work overload, very unorganized, and a bit unprofessional. Room was not the cleanest, found garbage under the sofa for example. The shower, although an awesome and spacious walk-in shower at first glance, had a) a pretty clogged drain and b) hardly any room for the water to go but into the bathroom, so it just pretty much flooded it. Two ACs in the suite, but only one remote for both. Same for the two TVs, lol! Free Breakfast was standard continental at best. Never Ever Again!

Dirty room, bugs coming out from the edges of the carpets, dirty bathroom, sheets had hairs all over them when we first got there. Breakfast was very bad, small selection and tasted awful. Everything about our stay was terrible. A few staff members were nice and helpful, the rest were short with us and very rude. Shuttle was convenient. But I will never be staying here again. Stay at the holiday inn across the street if you need to stay in the area.

The shuttle service was okay. We had to wait 45 minutes for the driver. The drivers were helpful.
They don’t clean your rooms. Having trash removed and dirty towels removed would have been nice. You pay the same price every day. Simple cleaning service is expected.

Didn’t get our room cleaned as we were supposed to let the front desk know. Annoyed by this. Hotel is in serious need of a Reno. Very dated. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Nothing really fresh other than a banana.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast was OK but the toaster didn’t work very well and the waffles tasted very dry.
