The hotel is very close to the Atocha station as advertised. We went out of town for a few days before staying at the hotel and was able to secure spots to store our luggage for a very small fee (much smaller than paying for private storage lockers - the staff was very helpful in this area). The lobby and restaurant are very modern and had very good A/C during the heat wave; however, the hotel rooms are a bit dated and the A/C remained very weak despite us blasting it up (which we didn’t want to do in hopes to conserve energy but it was quite hot). We received complimentary cava as a welcome gift which was a nice surprise. We had a bit of a hiccup with service at the restaurant during a busy night (during the World Cup) but it was quickly remedied. The restaurant food was quite reasonably priced and very tasty - it’s much better to relax and enjoy a meal there versus rushing to the station if you are catching the train. We’d definitely consider staying again though we hope the A/C will be upgraded by then!

Hotel staff so so, price is to high for the 4☆ rate. The restaurant staff a little bit rude.

Belle hôtel, les chambres sont un peu petites, mais confortable.

Lovely hotel, walking distance to the station. We arrived early to see if we could drop our luggage off and our room was ready which was so helpful. Would have been good to have coffee making facilities but other than that i wouldn't fault it. Would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel is fine , balanced against cost , nothing gained or lost , very few facilities for water , ice or comforts like a kettle or fridge in the room , The TV was large widescreen but outdated , no way to cast to it or use for Netflix . The common area come restaurant come drinks area is poorly staffed and the food is not bad but priced at 5 star prices , which it is not , we were not given the option of a last call for a last beer before the waiter promptly came with the bill and cheekily asked for a tip . Not an impressive stay this time , rooms are large .. its probably the best benefit of staying there .

This stay was such a disappointment. Amongst a highlight of stays around Spain this stuck out like a sore thumb. The staff were unhelpful and borderline rude. They have no coffee available to guests - literally unheard of. Would never recommend!

A great hotel for families and travelers alike. The staff is warm, attentive, and helpful, making you feel welcome from the start. Rooms are spacious, clean, and quiet, with AC, a small fridge, and comfortable beds. Breakfast is very good, with a nice variety of hot and cold options and tasty pastries. The location is ideal, just about a 7-minute walk from Atocha train station, with plenty of nearby spots to try local food. There is also a taxi stand right at the entrance, which is handy. To top it off, the hotel reached out about an item I had forgotten, a gesture that I appreciated. I will definitely stay here again!

Todo muy limpio, excelente atención del personal de recepción. Tal vez lo único es que el gimnasio necesita un poquito de mejora. Tal vez un par de pesas? El hotel está ubicado a 6-8 minutos caminando de la estación Atocha y hay que cruzar una sola avenida y eso, una sola vez. Excelente ubicación!
