The service in this hotel is excellent and they had satisfied all our requests very quickly with the best service attitude. Unfortunately, we had to end our stay early due to a medical emergency in our family. Bayan Tree Bintan staff, helped us to find tickets even though the ferry was fully booked. We went to the ferry terminal anyways in hopes that someone will cancel at the last minute. They even offered to hold the room after checking out if we are unable to get the last ferry. The driver even stayed behind without informing us and only left after confirming that we managed to get the ferry tickets. The Hotels.com and Expedia staff was also very helpful and went out of their way to help us with settling subsequent matters in our time of need.

Just returned from a 3 night stay at Banyan Tree with my husband and two kids, aged 10 and 9. We travel a lot and I can definitely say this is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! We absolutely loved it from the second we arrived on the Island. We had booked here as a relaxing few days following a week in Singapore and it was the perfect choice! Our 2 bedroom, ocean view villa with pool was stunning. Took our breath away as soon as we walked in. The whole resort is spotless and the staff are all wonderful, can’t do enough to help you. There's a small kitchen with a fridge and sink. You can’t cook there but we had asked for a microwave as my husband likes to make porridge in the morning which helpfully, was there when we arrived. The buffet breakfast is good, with lots of options. There’s several restaurant choices for eating and all were excellent. With kids, we loved the Xana beach bar which we didn’t need to book. Cocktails were great there too. The pools are lovely, the beach is breathtaking. We also tried the jet skiing which was good fun. Evenings are chilled, there’s a DJ at the beach bar who will do a request if you ask nicely. I would 100% recommend and if I’m ever back in that part of the world would definitely go back.

Fantastic setting and location in the nature over the sea

Loved this venue. Staff were extremely attentive and the whole experience felt like tropical paradise. Great Spa treatments at reasonable prices.

I LOVE this place. I tend not to do reviews, but Banyan Tree overwhelmed me with their amazing service, their food (all 3 restaurants are amazing and plus this is the breakfast spread EVER). The rooms are spacious, great views, and such a honeymoon experience. The spa is not cheap, but they give you such great services that justify the price. We stayed here 5 days and never left the site. Having access to the two adjacent properties with a nice beach and gym. (We also walked around them and realized that Banyan Tree is so so much better of a place to stay). 15 out of 10 loved this place.

Wonderful beautiful place. Ocean view great dining and fantastic spa, highly recommend!!

The hot water in the room is not reliable but apart from this, great villa and great stay. Food at Saffron very good.
