Great place and location! Will book again.

Clean room excellent location Safe area Friendly staff Great value

Good location and staff were really nice. Good cleaning team

The hotel is small that you may not found its front door. But the person of services is very nice. The disadvantages is the steps of hotel is very steep and no elevator but the location is very good.

Paint peeling from the ceiling, needed a deep clean

Great location just off Dongmen station. Tight room for family of five. Has laundry facility

Friendly staff, close to metro station.

Very homey and quaint - just don’t mind some cracks or scrapes on the walls. The staff was very attentive and cleaned our room everyday, replacing water bottles and towels, arranging stuffed animals on the bed in a funny way. The staff allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby after we checked out. They answered our questions and were very hospitable. The location is unbeatable. Right next to the MRT and two steps from a 7-11 to fill all your late night needs. There is some traffic noise that is loudest right next to the windows. Perhaps noise dampening curtains could help.

I appreciated the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the amenities.

We stayed 11 nights in room 305, one of their spaciest room. Everything was adequate; fridge, tea and coffee bags, mugs, water cooker, filtered water just out side our room, daily cleaning service. Whenever we needed something, the receptionist (specially Alex) took care of it. As we are older folks, he even carried our suitcases up to the room! Apropos, one drawback are the two flights of steep stairs from the street entrance up. Location is perfect, 50 m from the MRT stop exit 1 (escalator) and 2. The hotel is in the middle of a busy market, but that did not bother us. Plenty of restaurants nearby, 7-11 downstairs.
