I had a 16 hour layover in Narita and this hotel was perfect to explore Narita City. I was also able to catch up on some much needed sleep before my next flight. Staff was extremely friendly, the free airport shuttle service was excellent, and the room had everything I needed as a solo traveler.

Fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly

Nice place! The only downside is that there’s no air conditioning or the air conditioning is not that high. But over all everything is okay to the staff and foods.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Gym and pool doesn’t open until 5pm which was a little annoying but other than that it is great!

We stayed just one night at this hotel. The area is lovely due to the bamboo forest. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the Narita airport and also to the mall. The hotel it self was very deceiving as the lobby is done up very nicely but one you enter the elevators that is where it ends. Some of the elevators have zip ties holding the rails inside. When you reach the floors there is this awful odor that you are met with. When getting to the room it is just worst. We went to the front desk and asked for a room spray and if this doesn't work would like another room. The spray worked for 5mins and the mold musky scent came right back. It's like the carpet in the hole building isnt washed. You can see stains on the carpets in the room and hallways, the chairs and lamps are no better. The reception team was a nice team and was helpful with trying to resolve the issue. They moved us from the 12 floor to the 11 floor and it was worse as it hit you as the elevator doors opened. Breakfast wasn't anything special but it is okay especially if you are just staying there to head to the airport. We found that in Narita things were more expensive compared to Osaka and Tokyo (Shinjuku). Get your snacks and souvenirs outside of Narita and the mall that the shuttle bus take you to. As a visitor my recommendation is not to stay here unless you have no alternative and/or it's just one night. Recommendation for the hotel clean all your carpets or get rid of them.

GOOD SERVICE

They have free shuttle bus service from Narita T2 & T1 - this leaves from Level 1 look for stand 16 and 27 respectively. They also have a shuttle which will take you into Tokyo - but I didn't use it - please ask the staff. Over all this is a great hotel close to the airport - free transfer to and from the hotel makes it very easy to recommend to travellers - I will be staying there on my way out of Japan. Having a hotel that close to the airport take all the stress out of your last or first day in Japan.

I like the transportation to and from the hotel. The bus to the mall also I didn’t like that there was no microwave. Otherwise great!
