만족해요 We loved our stay in Narita, the local area is beautiful and well worth carving some time out of your holiday for. The shuttle service to and from the airport is wonderful at this price point and there’s also shuttles into the mall if you have any last minute shopping you need to do. The staff were very friendly.
Our first room was in the “garden suites” but after finding black mould we requested to be moved to a different room and the staff were able to accommodate this request. I mention in case there is someone with respiratory, health or allergy issues as it could be of concern. The more newly renovated room was better.
There is A/C but no thermostat that we could find just a switch controlling the air flow.

매우 훌륭해요 Looks old from outside but inside looked remodeled and clean. Repainting exterior and a new hotel sign would make the impression of this property much better. Room was spacious compared to Tokyo city center hotels. Convenient shuttle service to/from airport and Narita station/ shopping mall. Relaxed In public bath/spa. Would stay at this property again.

I really appreciated the ease of staying at Art Hotel. The shuttle was quick and easy, breakfast was delicious and varied. The baths were so nice after a long flight.

The hotel transfer to and from airport was wonderful, they even offer shuttles into town for those that want to do some last minute shopping. Narita is well worth the stop for anyone going to Japan, it was actually a highlight for us given the lack of crowds, beautiful nature and temples.
If you have respiratory issues at all I would be cautious because some of the “garden suite” rooms on the older side of the hotel have black mould, the hotel staff were quick to remedy my concern by placing us in one their rooms that was more recently renovated. I think it’s inevitable that any older hotel in an area of such high humidity will have some mould issues.
