Room was nice but if you arrive after the reception desk closes- it’s a disaster.

Good hotel for one night. Little bit out of the centre. Parking was full so we had to park in the public car park.

This is a budget hotel in a seedy part of Salzburg, near the train station. The rooms are very small and the elevator dated and tiny. However the big problem is the lack of any sort of service and very limited reception hours. If you arrive in the evening then you have to self check in, which cannot be done in advance even though they say it can. You have to stand in the street on your phone and do it, in the rain or baking heat. They do not answer the 'help' line (which is not free). Our key card stopped working on the last day, well before check out time and I had to spend nearly an hour helping another guest who had been locked out of her room because her card stopped working with all her belongings in the room. Even at 90 euros per night this hotel is not worth it, chances are you will find better options.

Yes there is parking but it’s very very tight! The two different staff we delt with were fine but not very friendly. We didn’t want to ask any questions and to get in the hotel is all controlled by locks so it’s safe but not a happy place. It’s a very dark colored hotel which affect moods. We had our doubts when we drove up! It’s on the boarder of the main town because cars are not allowed in city center. But the amenities were nice, water, coffee, other items which we have had other places. There is a fantastic Ethiopia restaurant across the street and a good bakery next door to the restaurant so that helped. It rained the whole time we were there so that added to the gloomy feeling. Staff could have been friendlier but price was very good and rooms were clean.

Near to main traib station and transportation

Room was not cleaned or seviced for four days even though this was requested.

The hotel has a street / pavement frontage: this is a main road and therefore scruffy. But once inside andcespecially in the room, the decir and facilities are really good. The room has some nice lighting touches, and the gentle bathroom low-level light comes on when you open the door - very nice! Recommended.

Clean, comfortable room!! Staff is wonderful. Everything was so clean and the room had plenty of amenities.

Limited parking; A/C would not stay on so it was hot at night
