Honestly, the hotel was great! Good price, was able to check in and out very easily. A FREE snack bar that included water, soft drinks, ice cream, and many snacks. Our room was very nice and well-kept. Shower was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

Room was spacious for family of four. Espresso machine was excellent. Nice to have free fountain drinks, bottled water, and instant noodles. The kids didn't like the snacks though. Location is quiet, about 10 minutes from Ximending, but close to the Red Line station and about 15 minutes from Taipei Main Station.

I love their amenities, including coffee, snacks, bottled water, etc. For the price, this is a great hotel deal with a great location for tourists. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were awesome. The room smelled a bit mildewy when we first entered, but once the AC was on, the smell seemed to disappear. I understand that the building is old, which is probably why it was like that. Overall, the experience was good.

Via Hotel was very clean, and the staff were very nice and friendly. They also have a laundry room with washers and dryers, which was very convenient for travelers. I really liked the toilet and bathroom design — it was so nice that when I got back home, I bought a similar one for my house. Great idea and very comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

This hotel is amazing, very affordable and has everything you need. They have a great selection of complimentary snacks and food downstairs, the room is small but has everything you need. In terms of value, location and everything you need at a hotel this place is amazing and I will definitely be coming here if I can again!

Room is clean, carpet is getting a little bit old but still ok. You got everything you need and the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet is well maintained. Snacks are wonderful! Love the frozen yogurt machine! Location is also a plus because it is in the middle of everything. The scale to weight your luggage is very thoughtful. The only issue is the A/C in my room only works one way. Even I switched it to heater it never worked. Ok for me but next time if my wife is coming with me then she will be in trouble because she always like warmer temperature.
