Great location so easy to get to the city. Large, clean and luxurious rooms and pleasant staff. I can’t fault this experience.

Room was good, very clean and modern however it was very noisy. Could hear disco music all night long. Shame

Very good value for a weekend stay. Easy access to City via Metro.

Room was clean and comfortable, and with staff friendly. It was winter when I stayed and the room was cold. Unable to adjust the heating and no extra blankets in the room (called reception but no answer to request additional). There was also very loud music coming from somewhere (perhaps the restaurant one level below) that played until 1am. Without these two negatives, it would have been an excellent stay.

Clean and comfortable room, when I had an issue with the bathroom tap, they moved me to a new room straight away with a bigger bed too. Nice staff and super close to a train station that’s only 2 stops from CBD. I’d go again.

Clean room, great customer service and amenities. Well positioned in North Sydney

I couldn't fault the property or staff. Stayed for 1 night to attend a christening in crows nest. Great location. Well maintained hotel that feels five star. Spacious rooms with plenty of living space, comfortable beds and pillows. Speedy check in and check out. Helpful, cheery staff when enquired about cafes being open on Sunday mornings.

A great welcome back from the staff at reception on our arrival.
