The location was great, only a few minutes to the airport and a very convenient shuttle service. The hotel does need some upgrading. Water was unavailable for about 1 hour!

I stayed at Idea Hotel Milano Malpensa Airport and had a really good experience. The hotel is comfortable, the bar is great, and the people working there are genuinely amazing — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Just keep in mind that if you’re not using the shuttle, the walk to and from the terminal is longer than Google Maps suggests, since you can’t cut across certain areas. Still, for service and atmosphere, this hotel delivers.
