훌륭해요 Stayed here when the flight got in very late at night. Very helpful staff. The shuttle is needed to get here from the airport as it would be very difficult to walk. However we learnt that there is a free bus if you don't mind a 5 min walk between the airport and the hotel. Breakfast was good. Overall good value for money. If you don't have a car, like us, then its not so good for visiting Milan as you have 2 public transport journeys. But for an overnight stay if you get in late at the airport or if you have an early morning flight, it it really handy.

매우 훌륭해요 Close to the airport. Convenient shuttle. Room was clean and well-appointed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not much around. Breakfast was nice.

Easy access to Malpensa airport for departure flights. The shuttle is not free, 5 euro per person and you have to make a reservation. If you are arriving by the train call ahead to reserve the shuttle for pickup. The hotel offers a complete breakfast bar in the morning and it was fully stocked and well attended.

We stayed for one night because the hotel is situated between the airport terminals, we had an early flight out of Milan the next morning. We inquired about hotel shuttle for pick up from the airport a few days ahead but did not get connected properly. We took the airport shuttle and walked a few minutes to find the hotel which was not visible from the bus. It was a guessing game. We reserved and paid for shuttle from hotel to airport that was fine.
